f31b2b5d Replace rollup-plugin-dts with rolldown-plugin-dts + tsgo for ~16x faster d.ts generation Use rolldown (Rust-based bundler) and tsgo (Go-based TypeScript compiler) instead of rollup + rollup-plugin-dts + tsc. tsgo compiles all entries in ~7s (vs ~10s per entry with tsc), and rolldown bundles declarations natively.
