8d598509 Add IssueNumber.one landing page (Astro + waitlist worker) Crimson-branded Astro landing at landings/, mirroring the house pattern (BaseLayout/Header/Footer, tokens.css, sitemap, robots, "1"-mark favicon). Sections: hero with a live ranked-board mock; "status reports bury the lede" problem section; 3-step how-it-works (raise one issue -> scarce votes decide -> the #1 rises); feature cards (scarce votes / anonymity / your data in your GitHub via inGitDB / AI exec summary); visibility band; waitlist CTA. Copy sourced from spec/features/. Cloudflare Worker serves the static site + POST /waitlist, persisting {email, ts, source} to the issue_number_one_waitlist KV namespace. 4e0fb6b9 refactor(auth): repoint to shared sneat-eur3-1 identity project Per the 2026-06-09 single-identity decision, issue-number-one now authenticates against the shared sneat-eur3-1 Firebase project instead of the abandoned separate sneat-work project. fee7c598 fix(ci): replace empty pnpm-workspace.yaml with .npmrc pnpm 9.8.0 errors with "packages field missing or empty" when pnpm-workspace.yaml exists without a packages: field. This is a single-package repo, so move autoInstallPeers to .npmrc and drop the workspace file.
