dda5145f feat(sdk): add opt-in debug logging to capture x-request-id on content fetches Adds a Builder.logLevel setting ('silent' | 'debug', defaults to 'silent') that logs the request URL, method, response status, and x-request-id response header for every Content API fetch via console.debug. Defaults from the BUILDER_SDK_LOG_LEVEL env var under Node.js; can also be set programmatically at runtime (e.g. in the browser). This gives SDK consumers a supported way to correlate a specific request with a Builder-side request ID when reporting intermittent API issues (e.g. partial reference enrichment), without changing any existing response shape or default behavior.
