0e7a6c3e fix(e2e): scope canonical test to <head> and skip Solid SPA mode Scope the canonical link locator to `head link[rel="canonical"]` to avoid counting duplicate body-context links from Vue's dual ServerHeadContent rendering in SSR mode. Skip the Solid test in SPA mode where @solidjs/meta cannot inject links into <head> from body.
