45fc177f refactor(ai): dedupe runtime-context type helpers, add changeset, document output validation - Hoist shared context-inference primitives into runtime-context-types.ts, imported by chat/index.ts and tools/tool-calls.ts instead of duplicated. - Standardize the tool tuple reduction on the never-aware MergeContext, fixing a latent bug where a mixed untyped+typed tuple collapsed to never. - Document the deliberate output-validation behavior change (undefined/null results are now validated against outputSchema) in code comments and the changeset. - Add the missing changeset for the typed runtime context feature. b3cf54a3 fix(e2e): dedupe imports in api.tools-test.ts after merge Merge auto-resolution left duplicate EventType (value) and StreamChunk (type) imports, causing Vite pre-transform to fail with "Crawling result not available" and timing out the entire E2E suite.
