27ddd7c7 fix: resolve attw InternalResolutionError under node16 ESM Bare '.', extensionless '.generated', and version-dot basenames (model-meta-llama3.1, etc.) emit declaration imports that node16 mis-resolves by stripping the wrong extension. Point them at explicit ./index or .js paths so attw --profile esm-only is clean for ai-anthropic, ai-bedrock, and ai-ollama.
