053cc02a refactor: treat SSL certs and nginx as infrastructure prerequisites SSL certificates are no longer generated or stored in the repo — generate-env.sh auto-detects certs from known locations and stores the path in STAQR_SSL_CERT/KEY/CERT_DIR. Nginx install/start/reload is the developer's responsibility; only config generation is automated. Key changes: - Remove certs/ from repo and generate-certs.sh (certs are infra) - Remove nginx/setup-nginx.sh and auto-install/reload logic - Remove KASM-specific automation (fuse-overlayfs, Docker auto-start, Edge DNS policy, /etc/hosts management) — clear errors instead - Fix domain loading to read .env.example directly, not stale shell env - Replace nc -z with bash /dev/tcp for port checks (no netcat dependency) - Replace systemctl/pgrep nginx checks with curl on port 443 - Replace unicode box-drawing with ASCII for portability - Improve platform boot banner in app.ts with colored STAQR IS READY - Add SSL cert validation to verify-setup.sh for domain mode Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
