f4ed675e fix(ci): Make build job dependencies optional for release:integrations - build:shared, build:integrations-framework, build:integrations-common are now optional - These build jobs have change detection - only run if files changed - release:integrations uses .rules:release_and_integration (manual on ready_mr) - Without optional, pipeline fails when build jobs skipped due to no changes Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
