367fa1c7 feat(ci): Add non-blocking feature-to-feature branch MR support **Problem:** - MRs from feature/* to feature/* branches had no pipeline - Needed for aggregating multiple features before merging to nightly - Want lightweight validation without blocking merges **Solution (First Principles):** - Added new PIPELINE_TYPE: 'feature_mr' - Matches: feature/* → feature/* MRs - Behavior: Like draft_mr (validate stage only) - Fast: ~5-10 min (type-check, lint, unit tests) - Non-blocking: Validates code but doesn't prevent merge **Rationale:** 1. Feature branches are experimental/staging work 2. Don't need full CI/CD for feature aggregation 3. Just need quick feedback on syntax/type errors 4. Expensive builds (Docker, integration) waste resources 5. Failures shouldn't block experimental merges **Changes:** - Added workflow rule for feature/* to feature/* MRs - Updated .rules:draft_and_ready to include feature_mr - Updated .rules:ready_and_integration to exclude feature_mr - Updated .rules:integration_only to exclude feature_mr - Updated .rules:release_and_integration to exclude feature_mr **Use case:** feature/A + feature/B → feature/migration → nightly Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
