We removed the declare keyword from 9 class fields in router.ts to fix a Babel plugin ordering error that was crashing all three E2E test suites. The declare syntax requires @babel/plugin-transform-typescript to run before @babel/plugin-transform-class-properties, an ordering that Playwright's Babel transform pipeline does not guarantee. Reverting to standard optional class field declarations (prop?: type) resolves the SyntaxError without changing runtime behavior.
