chore(devdeps): update dependency verdaccio to v6.8.0

Self-Healing CI

Classification: Flaky task

We classified this failure as flaky rather than a code change because the afterEach teardown timeout in phone-number-field.test.ts is unrelated to the verdaccio dependency bump and has a measured flakiness rate of ~3.88%. Our analysis confirmed the same error does not appear on main, and the cleanup race condition against the USER_DELETE button is a known intermittent behavior in this e2e suite.

An empty commit was automatically applied to the branch to trigger a new CI pipeline execution to resolve the flaky task.

The failure occurs in the afterEach cleanup hook of the phone-number-field.test.ts e2e test, where Playwright times out (30s) waiting for a USER_DELETE button during teardown.

This is not related to the PR's change (a verdaccio dependency bump from 6.5.2 → 6.8.0), which only modifies the lockfile and the forgerock-verdaccio project — neither of which affects the DaVinci phone-number-field flow logic or its test cleanup behavior.

The task has a measured flakiness rate of ~3.88%, confirming it fails intermittently on the same code. The similar-task checker also confirmed that the main branch has a different unrelated failure (email device flow, missing element assertion), meaning this exact timeout-in-teardown pattern is not a regression introduced by this PR.

Teardown timeouts like this are a known category of flaky e2e behavior: the test cleanup races against async UI state, and occasionally the USER_DELETE button is not yet present within the 30s window.
