We restore the accidentally dropped ${buildCommand} interpolation in the webserver command string of playwright.config.ts, which caused all three E2E toolchain variants to skip the build entirely. Without it, violations.build.json is never written and all 24 "in build" assertions fail deterministically across rsbuild-ssr, vite-ssr, and vite-ssr--bundled-dev.
