We identified that this failure is unrelated to the PR's changes, which are documentation and JSDoc only. The prerender task failed because the external API jsonplaceholder.typicode.com returned a 502 Bad Gateway during data fetching. Re-running the task once the external service recovers should resolve this.
Self-Healing CI
An empty commit was applied to the branch to trigger a new CI pipeline execution to resolve the environment issue.
The failing task tanstack-vue-start-e2e-basic:build:vite:prerender failed during the prerender phase when fetching data from the external API https://jsonplaceholder.typicode.com/posts/9.
The response from that endpoint was an HTTP 502 Bad Gateway served by Cloudflare, with a retry-after: 60 header — a clear sign of a transient external service outage, not a code problem.
This cascaded into a ReadableStream is locked serialization error, which ultimately caused the prerender to throw: Error: Failed to fetch /posts/9/deep: Internal Server Error
The PR contains exclusively documentation and JSDoc changes. The touched_projects list is empty, meaning no source code relevant to this task was modified. There is no plausible mechanism by which a documentation-only change could cause an external HTTP API to return 502. The failure must be waited out until the external service recovers.
