We updated two stale tests in node.reducer.test.ts that still expected the reducer to throw, but the PR intentionally replaced all throws with collector.error state writes. Changing toThrowError()/toThrow() to assert on result.find(...).error aligns the tests with the new error-as-state contract and fixes the CI failures.
