We fixed two prefer-const ESLint errors in get-recognize-error-code-key.ts that were causing the @forgerock/recognize:lint task to fail. The keys and key variables were declared with let and then assigned separately, but since neither is ever reassigned, the linter correctly required const. Converting both to inline const declarations resolves the errors without any change to runtime behavior.
