Self-Healing CI

Classification: Environment state

We identified that this failure is caused by a port conflict in the CI environment — port 38749 was already occupied, causing Vite to fall back to port 38750 while Playwright still routed traffic to 38749. No changes in our PR introduced or modified this port configuration, so this is an environment state issue that should resolve on a clean rerun.

An empty commit was applied to the branch to trigger a new CI pipeline execution to resolve the environment issue.

The AI model provider was experiencing issues when this fix was generated.

The PR is a changeset version-bump release PR with no application logic changes — only package version numbers are updated.

The failing test (tanstack-solid-router-e2e-sentry-integration:test:e2e) errors because port 38749 was already occupied in the CI environment when the Vite preview server tried to start. Vite fell back to port 38750, but Playwright's webServer configuration still routed traffic to port 38749, so the page loaded nothing and the heading "Welcome Home!" was never found.

This port conflict is entirely an environment-level issue — no code in the diff configures, changes, or introduces the port assignment. The conflict pre-existed the PR and would have affected any branch running at the same time in the same environment.

Additionally:

  • No similar failure was found in branch 8068, confirming this is environment-specific rather than a systematic code regression.
  • The flakiness rate is 0%, but that reflects historical test stability, not the current environment state where the port happened to be occupied.

A rerun in a clean environment (where port 38749 is free) should resolve the failure without any code changes.
