Classification: Environment state

We believe this failure is unrelated to the PR changes. All 4 password-policy e2e tests timed out waiting for the DaVinci flow UI to render (button.flow-link), which points to the backend service being unavailable during the test run rather than any code defect introduced here. Our analysis confirms the failing project (@forgerock/davinci-suites) was not touched by this PR and has a 0% historical flakiness rate.

An empty commit was applied to the branch to trigger a new CI pipeline execution to resolve the environment issue.

The AI model provider was experiencing issues when this fix was generated.

The failing task (@forgerock/davinci-suites:e2e-ci--src/password-policy.test.ts) was classified as environment_state rather than code_change for the following reasons:

  1. Unrelated project: The failing project (@forgerock/davinci-suites) is not in the list of projects touched by this PR. The PR only modified @forgerock/recognize-app, @forgerock/journey-client, and @forgerock/sdk-types — none of which are the davinci-suites e2e project.

  2. No code correlation: The PR adds a new PingOne Recognize callback type and a related e2e test app. There is no logical path by which these changes could cause the password-policy.test.ts suite to fail — the tests exercise an entirely different flow (DaVinci registration/password policy) with no shared code modified.

  3. Timeout indicates unavailable backend: All 4 test failures are identical Playwright timeouts waiting for button.flow-link to become visible. This element is rendered by the DaVinci flow UI once the backend responds. The uniform timeout across all tests strongly suggests the backend service was unavailable or unresponsive during the run, not a code defect.

  4. Zero flakiness rate: The task has a recorded flakiness rate of 0%, ruling out a flaky_task classification.

  5. No similar failures in reference branch: The similar-task-failure-detector found no matching failures in the recognize-callback-3 branch, confirming this is not a pre-existing cross-branch regression introduced by shared infrastructure changes.
