We added the missing ESLint devDependencies to mcps/@ama-mcp/webmcp/package.json to fix the ama-mcp-webmcp:lint:ci failure. In Yarn Berry PnP mode, yarn eslint can only resolve binaries from a package's own dependency tree, so without eslint listed as a devDependency the binary was not accessible. These additions align the package with the pattern established by other MCP packages in the workspace such as @ama-sdk/mcp.
