We investigated the three failing vitest tasks (ama-openapi-core, ama-style-dictionary, ama-mcp-otter) and found that their outputs contain only initialization lines with no actual test results or error messages, suggesting the CI process was terminated before tests could complete (e.g. OOM or timeout). Since none of these projects are touched by this PR and no error can be traced to the diff, we are classifying this as an environment issue rather than a code change.

The three failing tasks (ama-openapi-core:vitest, ama-style-dictionary:vitest, ama-mcp-otter:vitest) were not classified as code_change for the following reasons:
UNRELATED FAILING PROJECTS The projects that failed (@ama-openapi/core, @ama-styling/style-dictionary, @ama-mcp/otter) are not touched by this PR. The PR only modifies apps/webmcp-bridge, mcps/@ama-mcp/webmcp, and packages/@o3r/core. touched_projects is empty ([]), confirming no direct relationship.
NO ACTIONABLE ERROR MESSAGES The task outputs contain only vitest initialization output — a deprecation warning, the vitest version banner, and "Coverage enabled with istanbul" — with no test results, assertion failures, import errors, or any other error referencing code changed in the PR. Without a concrete error traceable to a specific line in the diff, a code_change classification cannot be justified.
TRUNCATED OUTPUTS INDICATE ENVIRONMENT TERMINATION All three outputs are extremely short (~350 bytes) and end abruptly after initialization. This pattern is consistent with the CI process being terminated by the environment (e.g. OOM kill, wall-clock timeout) before tests could complete, rather than a test failure triggered by the code changes.
ZERO FLAKINESS — NOT A FLAKY TASK All three tasks have a flakiness rate of 0%, ruling out a flaky_task classification.
NO SIMILAR FAILURES IN BRANCH 4459 The similar-task-failure-detector confirmed that branch 4459 has no recorded failures for these tasks, meaning this is not a known recurring regression — but the lack of a concrete error in the output still prevents a code_change classification.
