Self-Healing CI

Classification: Environment state

We were unable to link these build failures to the code changes in this PR, as the failing projects (chrome-devtools, showcase) were not touched by the PR and the tasks produced no diagnostic output — only a truncated "Building..." message. This pattern is consistent with a transient CI environment issue such as a timeout or out-of-memory kill, and we recommend re-running the affected tasks.

An empty commit was applied to the branch to trigger a new CI pipeline execution to resolve the environment issue.

The three failing tasks (chrome-devtools:build-panel, chrome-devtools:build-components, showcase:compile:production) were not classified as code_change for the following reasons:

  1. No actionable error output: Each task produced only "❯ Building...\n" (14 bytes). There is no error message, stack trace, or compiler diagnostic to link back to any code change.

  2. Unrelated projects: The touched_projects list is empty ([]), meaning none of the failing projects were directly modified by this PR. The PR adds WebMCP infrastructure to @o3r/core, @o3r/webmcp-bridge, and @ama-mcp/webmcp — none of which correspond to chrome-devtools or showcase.

  3. Not flaky: All three tasks have a flakiness rate of 0%, ruling out a flaky_task classification.

  4. No similar failures in branch 4459: The similar-task-failure-detector confirmed these failures do not appear in branch 4459, suggesting this is an isolated CI environment issue rather than a recurring pre-existing problem.

  5. Pattern of truncated output: All three tasks show identical 14-byte outputs, strongly suggesting the build processes were killed externally (timeout, OOM, or CI resource exhaustion) before producing any real diagnostic information.

Together, these factors point to a transient CI infrastructure failure unrelated to the code changes in this PR.
