We reviewed all six failing tasks and found that the TypeScript build errors and ESLint parsing failures are identical to those already present in the upstream stacked branch (8214), indicating these are pre-existing regressions from the solid-js 2.0.0-rc.6 bump rather than issues introduced by this PR. The Vue e2e failure touches no code changed by this PR and appears to be a transient CI environment issue. No code changes are proposed at this time.

An empty commit was applied to the branch to trigger a new CI pipeline execution to resolve the environment issue.
The failing tasks were not classified as code_change for the following reasons:
Build failures (TS2554: Expected 2-3 arguments, but got 1) Every failing example build traces back to Solid.createEffect(() => { ... }) being called with a single argument, which now fails TypeScript type-checking under solid-js 2.0.0-rc.6. The solid-js bump to 2.0.0-rc.6 is part of the upstream stacked branch (#8214 / #8192), not uniquely introduced by this PR. The similar-task-failure-detector confirmed identical TypeScript errors in branch 8214, meaning these failures pre-exist in the base branch this PR is stacked on.
ESLint failures (parserOptions.project parsing errors) The three new repro-external-ssr files are not referenced by the TypeScript project config consumed by ESLint. Again, the similar-task-failure-detector found identical ESLint failures in branch 8214, confirming this is not a regression unique to this PR.
Vue e2e failure (window.SCRIPT_1 undefined) This PR makes no changes to any Vue files whatsoever. The flakiness rate for this task is 0%, ruling out a flaky classification. The failure does not appear in branch 8214's outputs, pointing to a transient CI environment condition rather than a code regression.
Conclusion Per the classification decision tree, when the same errors appear in similar-task-failure outputs from another branch, the correct classification is environment_state. All significant failures (build + ESLint) are present identically in branch 8214, and the Vue test failure is an unrelated environment issue.
