We fixed the two failing prerender-vite.test.ts tests by setting separateRouteOptionsBundle: false in makeStartConfig(). The PR introduced this option defaulting to enabled whenever prerender is active and SPA mode is off, causing shouldSeparateRouteOptions() to return true and importRouteOptionsEntry to look for a prerender Vite environment that the builder mock does not provide. Explicitly disabling the option in the test helper restores the original intent of these tests, which is to verify redirect and network-sink behavior — not route-options bundle separation.
