We classified these E2E failures as an environment issue rather than a code change. Both tasks crash on stale e2e/e2e-utils/dist/esm build artifacts with missing exports — a package this PR does not touch. Rebuilding the e2e-utils dist in CI should resolve both failures.
ci: apply automated fixes

An empty commit was applied to the branch to trigger a new CI pipeline execution to resolve the environment issue.
Both failing tasks — tanstack-vue-start-e2e-basic:test:e2e--vite-ssr--shard-3-of-4 and tanstack-solid-start-e2e-basic:test:e2e--rsbuild-ssr — are crashing before any tests run due to SyntaxError exceptions in precompiled dist/esm files inside e2e/e2e-utils:
./users.jsdoes not exportusers(referenced fromlocalDummyServer.js)./hmrFileEditor.jsdoes not exportcreateHmrFileEditor(referenced fromindex.js)
These are compiled build artifacts, not source files. The mismatch between the dist output and the expected exports indicates the e2e-utils package was not rebuilt to match its current source.
This PR is scoped entirely to router-core performance work (@tanstack/router-core, @tanstack/react-router, @tanstack/solid-router, @tanstack/vue-router). Neither e2e-utils nor the two failing test projects appear in touched_projects, meaning the PR made no changes to any code these tests depend on.
Additionally:
- Flakiness rate is 0% for both tasks — ruling out a flaky_task classification.
- The similar-task-failure check found no matching errors in other branches, confirming this is isolated to this CI run rather than a recurring cross-branch issue.
The root cause is a stale build artifact in the CI environment for e2e-utils/dist/esm, not anything introduced by this PR.
