Self-Healing CI

Classification: Environment state

We determined this failure is unrelated to the PR's changes, which are limited to import ordering and ESLint rule enforcement with no functional impact on OIDC authentication or logout flows. The test timed out waiting for a navigation to **/am/XUI/**, indicating the ForgeRock AM mock server was unavailable during this CI run. We recommend re-running the pipeline once the environment is healthy.

An empty commit was applied to the branch to trigger a new CI pipeline execution to resolve the environment issue.

The failing task @forgerock/oidc-suites:e2e-ci--src/logout.spec.ts was classified as environment_state rather than code_change for the following reasons:

Error nature: The test "Logout tests › PingAM login then logout" timed out after 30 seconds while Playwright was waiting for a navigation redirect to **/am/XUI/** (the ForgeRock AM login UI) after clicking the logout button. This is a network/service-level timeout — not a compilation error, import error, or logic failure.

PR changes are unrelated: The PR exclusively adds and enforces ESLint rules for import ordering (eslint-plugin-simple-import-sort, @typescript-eslint/consistent-type-imports, import/consistent-type-specifier-style) and fixes pre-existing import order violations across packages. These are purely cosmetic/linting changes with zero functional impact on OIDC authentication, session management, or logout flows.

Causation test fails: Removing the import-order changes would not logically restore the navigation that timed out. The redirect to **/am/XUI/** depends on the ForgeRock AM mock server (am-mock-api) being alive and responding — a runtime infrastructure dependency, not a code behavior.

Flakiness ruled out: The task's flakiness rate is 0%, so this cannot be classified as a flaky test. Combined with the fact that the error is deterministic (a hard timeout on an external service), this points to the AM mock server being unavailable during this CI run — a transient environment state issue.
