chore(recognize): make recognize package releaseable by changesets

We updated e2e/recognize-app/src/index-callback-test.ts to split the @forgerock/journey-client import into a runtime import for callbackType and journey, and a separate import type for NameCallback, PasswordCallback, and PingOneRecognizeCallback. This fixes the @typescript-eslint/consistent-type-imports lint error because those three identifiers are only used in type positions (as casts) and must be declared with import type.
