Classification: Flaky task

We reviewed this failure together and believe it's a flaky test rather than something caused by this PR. The failing project isn't touched by this PR's changes, the error is a Playwright timeout waiting on streamed content rather than an assertion failure tied to changed code, and the task has a known non-zero flakiness rate. We recommend simply re-running the task.

An empty commit was automatically applied to the branch to trigger a new CI pipeline execution to resolve the flaky task.

This was not classified as a code_change for the following reasons:

  1. Scope mismatch: The failing task (tanstack-solid-start-e2e-serialization-adapters:test:e2e) belongs to a project that is not listed in touched_projects. The PR's actual production code changes are confined to @tanstack/router-plugin and @tanstack/router-utils (an AST cloning/provenance-construction perf refactor), plus unrelated Solid Start "start-manifest" navigation test fixes. Neither touches the serialization-adapters e2e fixture.

  2. Nature of the error: The failure is a Playwright 30-second timeout while waiting for a getByTestId('stream-car-expected') element's textContent to resolve, in the "SSR serialization adapters › stream" sub-test. This is a timing/race condition on streamed server content resolving in the browser — not an assertion mismatch, thrown exception, or error message that references any changed function, variable, or import from the diff. The other 4 of 5 tests in the same run passed, meaning the build and server were functioning correctly; only the timing-sensitive streaming case timed out.

  3. No identifiable causal line in the diff: To classify as code_change, we would need to point to exact lines in the diff that plausibly cause this exact failure. The AST cloning/provenance work is described as behavior-preserving (567/567 splitter outputs byte-identical to baseline, all 38 emitted client JS files byte-identical, zero bundle size deltas), which argues against it altering runtime behavior of this e2e fixture.

  4. Similar-branch check was inconclusive, not confirmatory: The similar-task-failure-detector found no recorded failure for this task on branch 8527, but that only means the task may not have run there — it does not establish that the PR introduced the failure, and it provided no specific line/function in the diff as a cause.

  5. Flakiness signal: The recorded flakiness rate for this exact task is 8.5% (non-zero), which combined with the timing-dependent nature of the timeout supports classifying it as an inherent test flake rather than a regression caused by the PR.
