We upgraded to effect 4.0.0, which no longer exports Micro, so two oidc-client test files failed typecheck. These changes port authorize.request.micros.test.ts and authorize.request.utils.test.ts to Effect, Exit, Cause and Option, matching the other oidc-client tests. nx typecheck @forgerock/oidc-client now passes.
