We fixed the TS2769 build error in chrome-devtools:build-components by changing the callback signature. The @types/chrome upgrade to ^0.3.0 now types the inspectedWindow.eval callback as (result, exceptionInfo), so our single-parameter callback no longer matched any overload. Our callback now also accepts the optional exceptionInfo argument, so it matches the new typings without loosening type safety.
