We bumped @types/chrome to 0.3, which now types the chrome.devtools.inspectedWindow.eval callback as (result, exceptionInfo) tuple args, so our one-parameter callback no longer type-checked. With this change, updateSelectedComponentInfo accepts an optional second exceptionInfo parameter, so it matches the new signature and chrome-devtools:build-components should compile again.
