We bumped the @angular-devkit/architect pin from 0.2202.0 to 0.2202.1 across the workspace. 0.2202.0 depends on @angular-devkit/core 22.2.0, while our ~22.2.0 ranges resolve to 22.2.1, so two incompatible Logger types were installed. With 0.2202.1, which depends on core 22.2.1, there is a single copy of core and the TS2345 error in the localization extractor builder should be gone. We haven't rerun the build-builders tasks to confirm.
