We bumped @types/chrome to 0.3, which types the chrome.devtools.inspectedWindow.eval callback as (result, exceptionInfo). Our one-argument bound callback no longer matched, which caused the TS2769 build error. With this change the callback accepts the new two-element argument list and still forwards only result, so chrome-devtools:build-components should compile again.
