We pinned @angular-devkit/core and @angular-devkit/schematics to 22.2.1 through resolutions and regenerated yarn.lock, so only one copy of each package remains. This removes the TS2345 errors in core:build-builders and apis-manager:build-builders, which came from the 22.2.0 and 22.2.1 types being mixed. After the change, build-builders runs successfully for both projects.
