chore(devdeps): update swc monorepo [Self-Healing CI Rerun]

Self-Healing CI

Classification: Flaky task

We looked at the failing webauthn-device e2e test, which timed out after 5s waiting for the 'Logout' button. Our PR only bumps swc devDependencies in package.json, and the other test in the same file passed. The test has a non-zero flakiness rate, so we expect a rerun to pass and no code change is needed.

An empty commit was automatically applied to the branch to trigger a new CI pipeline execution to resolve the flaky task.

The AI model provider was experiencing issues when this fix was generated.

This was not classified as a code_change for these reasons:

  1. The error does not point at changed code.
  • The only failure is a Playwright assertion in src/webauthn-device.test.ts.
  • After the WebAuthn authenticate step, the 'Logout' button was not visible within the 5000ms timeout.
  • The output has no compile error, import failure, or stack trace that references anything the PR touched.
  1. The PR diff is unrelated to the failing flow.
  • The only changed file is package.json, with three swc devDependency bumps: @swc-node/register, @swc/core and @swc/helpers.
  • Nothing in the diff touches the journey-app, the WebAuthn logic or the test itself.
  • Removing the change would not logically fix this specific UI timeout.
  1. The failure looks timing-related.
  • The run was 2 tests. One passed and one failed on a 5s visibility wait in a browser flow that uses a virtual authenticator.
  • That pattern fits a race or slow UI transition and is not a deterministic break.
  1. Flakiness data supports this.
  • The task has a non-zero flakiness rate (about 0.7%), so it has failed intermittently for the same code before.
  1. No evidence points to an environment problem.
  • Nothing in the output indicates an unavailable external service or a pre-existing configuration conflict that would need waiting.
  • A rerun can be done immediately.

Limitation: the similar-task-failure-detector subagent was not run, because no other-branch failure was supplied in the input.

No code changes are proposed. The recommended action is to rerun the task.
