chore(devdeps): update dependency @evilmartians/lefthook to v2.1.17 [Self-Healing CI Rerun]

Self-Healing CI

Classification: Flaky task

We looked at the failing WebAuthn e2e test, and it looks unrelated to our lefthook dev dependency bump. The test timed out waiting for the 'Logout' button, and the task has a history of intermittent failures, so we recommend rerunning it.

An empty commit was automatically applied to the branch to trigger a new CI pipeline execution to resolve the flaky task.

The AI model provider was experiencing issues when this fix was generated.

This failure was not classified as a code change, for these reasons:

  1. The PR only bumps the @evilmartians/lefthook dev dependency, a git hooks tool. The PR diff file list is empty, so no source, test or e2e code changed.

  2. The error does not reference anything the PR touched. The failing task is e2e-ci for webauthn-device.test.ts. After the authentication step was submitted, the 'Logout' button was not visible within the 5000ms expect timeout. The other test in the file passed.

  3. The failure looks timing-dependent. It is a UI assertion in a browser-driven WebAuthn flow running against local services.

  4. The task has a non-zero flakiness rate (about 0.9%), so it has failed intermittently before with the same code.

  5. Touched projects include '*' because of the lockfile change, which would normally lean toward code_change. Here there is no causal link between a lefthook bump and this e2e assertion, so the intermittent history takes precedence.

The similar-task-failure-detector subagent was not run, so a matching failure on another branch was not ruled out. No code changes are proposed, and a rerun is the appropriate action.
