chore(devdeps): update dependency @evilmartians/lefthook to v2.1.17 [Self-Healing CI Rerun]

Self-Healing CI

Classification: Flaky task

We looked at the failing webauthn-device e2e test and found it unrelated to our lefthook devDependency bump. The test timed out waiting for the 'Logout' button, and the task has a non-zero flakiness rate. We classified it as flaky and recommend a rerun.

An empty commit was automatically applied to the branch to trigger a new CI pipeline execution to resolve the flaky task.

The AI model provider was experiencing issues when this fix was generated.

This failure was not classified as a code change, for these reasons:

  1. The PR only bumps the @evilmartians/lefthook devDependency from 2.1.6 to 2.1.17. Lefthook is a git hook runner and plays no part in the Playwright e2e flow or the journey app.

  2. The error doesn't reference any changed code. The failing step is "Authenticate with the registered WebAuthn device", where expect(getByRole('button', { name: 'Logout' })).toBeVisible() timed out after 5000ms. There are no import errors, type errors or references to anything in the diff.

  3. The PR diff lists no changed source files, so nothing in the PR could logically cause this failure. Removing the lefthook bump would not be expected to fix it.

  4. The other test in the same file passed. The failure is a timing-sensitive WebAuthn virtual-authenticator flow that waits on a UI state change within a short timeout.

  5. The task's flakiness rate is above 0% (about 0.9%), which shows it sometimes fails with the same code and hash.

  6. The failure is not an external service outage, so it isn't an environment_state. It is non-deterministic and a rerun should help, which makes it a flaky_task.

No code changes are proposed. A rerun of the task is the appropriate action.
