We refreshed the yarn.lock entries for @angular/cli and @schematics/angular so they resolve to 22.2.2 instead of 22.2.0. That removes the second copy of @angular-devkit/schematics, so the Rule and SchematicContext types from @schematics/angular now match the ones our builders use. This should clear the TS2345 errors in core:build-builders and apis-manager:build-builders. I haven't re-run those tasks yet.
