We fixed the build-builders failures by moving @schematics/angular and @angular/cli to 22.2.2 in yarn.lock. They were still locked at 22.2.0, which pulled in a second copy of @angular-devkit/schematics. That second copy made the Rule, SchematicContext and Logger types incompatible with the 22.2.2 copy, which caused the TS2345 errors. With one copy left, the types line up again.
