We updated the code to match the new typings from the dependency bumps. In ama-mcp-core, registerPrompt now has an explicit generic signature, as registerTool already does, instead of using Parameters<> on an overloaded method. In chrome-devtools, the inspectedWindow.eval callback now accepts the (result, exceptionInfo) arguments that the new @types/chrome expects. Together these should fix both compile errors.
