We fixed the build-builders TypeScript errors by deduping our lockfile so that only one copy of @angular-devkit/schematics and @angular-devkit/core (22.2.2) is resolved. Before, @angular/cli, @schematics/angular and @angular-devkit/build-angular were locked to 22.2.0 while our schematics-cli bump pulled in 22.2.2. The two copies have incompatible Rule and SchematicContext types, which caused the TS2345 errors. After the change, nx run-many -t build-builders -p core apis-manager succeeds.
