Self-Healing CI

Classification: Flaky task

We found that this WebAuthn e2e failure (Logout button not visible after authentication) also occurs on branch 862, so our OpenTelemetry dependency bump did not cause it. We are not proposing changes here, since the underlying break should be fixed in its own PR.

An empty commit was automatically applied to the branch to trigger a new CI pipeline execution to resolve the flaky task.

The AI model provider was experiencing issues when this fix was generated.

This failure was not classified as a code_change for the following reasons.

  1. Failing task: @forgerock/journey-suites:e2e-ci--src/webauthn-device.test.ts. Its output was present. The step "Authenticate with the registered WebAuthn device" failed at webauthn-device.test.ts:100 because getByRole('button', { name: 'Logout' }) was not visible within 5000ms.

  2. The same error exists on another branch. The similar-task-failure-detector found the identical failure on branch 862, with the same test, locator, timeout, line and 1 failed / 1 passed result. Only the run duration differed (50.4s vs 48.2s). A failure that also appears on another branch was not caused by this PR, so the classification is environment_state.

  3. The error is unrelated to the PR's changes. The PR only bumps @opentelemetry/sdk-* versions. The error has no OpenTelemetry import, function name or stack frame, and no build or module-resolution error. No changed line could be tied to the failure.

  4. Flakiness does not change the outcome. The task's flakiness rate is about 1.4%. The identical failure on another branch points to a pre-existing problem and not a one-off flake.

  5. No fix is proposed. The break should be fixed in its own PR, not suggested into every open PR at once. No files were changed.
