Our three failing build tasks (chrome-devtools:build-panel, chrome-devtools:build-components, showcase:compile:production) logged only "❯ Building..." with no error, so we can't tie them to our dependency bumps or IT spec changes. The failures don't appear on other branches either, so we're proposing no code change. We suggest rerunning them to capture a full error log.

An empty commit was applied to the branch to trigger a new CI pipeline execution to resolve the environment issue.
This was not classified as a code_change for these reasons:
No error evidence. The three failing tasks (chrome-devtools:build-panel, chrome-devtools:build-components, showcase:compile:production) each recorded 14 bytes of output, "❯ Building...". There is no error message, stack trace or compiler diagnostic. A code_change needs an error that references specific changed code and exact lines in the diff, and none is available.
No link to the PR changes. The PR updates dependency versions across many package.json files. It also modifies several IT spec files,
packages/@o3r/create/src/index.tsandpackages/@o3r/test-helpers/src/utilities/add-package.ts.touched_projectsis empty, so no project was flagged as directly modified. Nothing shows that removing any of these changes would fix the builds.Other branches. The similar-failure detector found no matching failures on other branches, so the base branch is not known to be breaking these tasks.
Flakiness. The rate is 0% for showcase:compile:production and chrome-devtools:build-panel, so they are unlikely to be flaky_task. chrome-devtools:build-components was not checked.
Default rule. With an empty
touched_projectsand no error evidence, the rule is environment_state.No fix proposed. Any code change would be a guess, and inferring a cause from the diff without task output risks a wrong fix. A rerun that captures the full build log would show the real failure.
Confidence is low (3/10).
