We fixed the lint failure by marking the chrome.devtools.inspectedWindow.eval call with the void operator. The @types/chrome bump to ^0.3.0 appears to make eval return a Promise, which @typescript-eslint/no-floating-promises flagged. The result is still delivered through the callback, so ignoring the promise explicitly should clear the error.
