We bumped the immer catalog entry to ^11.2.9 to match the version @reduxjs/toolkit 2.13.0 now depends on, and added immer as a dependency of journey-client. This should fix the TS2742 declaration-emit errors in the journey-client and davinci-client build and typecheck. We also applied the prettier formatting changes that the updated lockfile introduced, which should clear the lint errors.
