b0e38786 Addressed Codex review feedback on the Koenig merge - ghost-admin dev/build/test targets now depend on ^build so the workspace koenig packages (koenig-lexical dist, kg-converters, kg-clean-basic-html) are built before ember resolves them on a fresh checkout - docker:up builds the ten server-side kg packages the dev container bind-mounts, so pnpm dev works from a fresh checkout - Koenig npm publishing skips prerelease tags: the publish script computes stable versions, so an rc tag must not publish rc content as stable - publish_koenig_packages added to notify_release_failure so a failed Koenig publish triggers the release failure notification - workflow_dispatch package input is passed via env instead of shell interpolation - koenig-lexical eslint rules converted from warn to error per repo convention; fixed the one real unused import (only referenced by a commented-out test) and inline-disabled the two pre-existing exhaustive-deps violations
