ae315920 Changed Koenig npm publishing into a generic nx-tagged package flow no ref - reworked the Koenig-specific publish into a bucket keyed by the `npm-release` nx tag, so new packages opt in by tagging rather than editing scripts - added a main-lane publish (publish_npm_packages_main) that ships a manual version bump on merge by reconciling npm to package.json, alongside the existing release-tag auto-patch lane - added an interactive helper (`pnpm bump:packages`) that suggests changed packages and cascades minor/major bumps to consumers whose workspace:~ ranges break (prod/peer deps only — devDeps aren't installed by consumers) - added a PR guard enforcing that same cascade for hand-edited versions - removed the single-package escape-hatch workflow — a manual bump + merge now covers out-of-band publishes - evaluated nx release but its updateDependents over-cascades (devDeps + transitive) and needs a workspace-wide @nx/js plugin, so kept purpose-built scripts Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
