b6f02182 Removed tags e2e cases covered by the acceptance suite no ref - the default-list, public/internal split, and posts-count cases in the tags list e2e spec exercise read-only rendering that is now covered by apps/admin/src/tags/tags.acceptance.test.tsx, so the slow browser copies are redundant - kept the empty-state case (reached via a real server-side delete journey), the create navigation, and the scroll pagination case, matching the precedent set by the members suite
