ff19cf8e Added top-level README for koenig packages no ref - the koenig/ directory landed in the monorepo without any overview docs, so the package layout, dev workflows (source condition, dev:lexical), and the npm publishing model were only discoverable by reading CI config and scripts - documents the package groups and their consumers, how to develop against the editor and the kg-* libraries, and how shipping works (workspace resolution, admin asset bundling, release archive tarballs, npm publish lane for external consumers)
