test(start-plugin-core): expect public pages in streamed sitemap output Main now strips private page fields such as prerender options from pages.json (#8691), and the streaming writer applies the same validation to each page. Expect the public page shape in the streaming tests, and expect main's post-build sitemap test to see the discovered page because postBuild no longer copies emitted pages back into `startConfig.pages`.
