fix(arena): read session DB from child HOME, honor env.HOME override The child devin acp writes sessions.db under its own HOME (it does not follow XDG_DATA_HOME). With HOME redirected, loadTranscript must read the DB under the child's resolved home — host-home path stays a last-resort fallback. An explicit config.env.HOME override now wins over the redirect, matching sanitizeEnv's overrides-win contract.
