fix(router): link code-less redirect cancels and resolve a relative Vite root Angular 12 to 14 send NavigationCancel without a code, so a guard redirect was recorded as cancelled and never linked to its target. The Vite plugin also passed a relative root to createRequire, which throws, so the signals stub alias was dropped.
